What We Do
01.
-Autism Advocacy
02.
-Social Media
With our story currently in production, we utilize our social media channels on a weekly basis to either provide updates about our film project or represent the ongoing situations in the autism community, as well as autism itself.
03.
-Create Partnerships
Dear Grandpa, It's Michael actively works to create partnerships with individuals and organizations to further develop our film project with production or funding, provide work opportunities, advocate for autism, and help the communities around us. If you are interested in partnering with our project, please visit our contact us page.
04.
-Provide Opportunities
Our film production company, M3A Pictures, is passionate about providing working opportunities to those on the autism spectrum, as well as anyone outside the spectrum that may be interested in filming, artistic performance, social media, or film production. If you are interested in joining our team for Dear Grandpa, It's Michael, please visit our contact us page.
05.
- Sharing Stories
In addition to filming Michael's Whitell's real life story of growing up with autism, we also share stories on our social media channels that revolve around autism, individuals on the spectrum, and family. Some examples include the ongoing situation with Ontario's Autism Program Waitlist and supporting The Ontario Autism Coalition. We have also shared the life stories of our cast and crew that are on the autism spectrum, as well as Michael Whitell's family, whose unconditional love and support of him are the foundation of our film project.
06.
-Work for Change
Filming Michael's real life autism story and sharing it as Dear Grandpa, It's Michael is all meant to work toward creating positive change for the autism community and society as a whole. Whether it's for hope, to properly represent autism, show that autism support services are important, or teach that all children, with the right support, deserve the opportunity towards living the best version of their life.
